Question 1

How do I find resources for my child’s age?

Accepted Answer

Open the Age directory and choose one of its five ranges: 0–11 months, 1–2 years, 3–5 years, 6–8 years, or 9–10 years. Open a stage to browse its guides, reviews, and printables. A stage can also link to its activity checklist when checklist activities are available.

Question 2

How do I save a guide, review, printable, or activity checklist?

Accepted Answer

Saving requires signing in. Use the Save button on an eligible guide, review, printable, or activity checklist. When you are signed out, the control offers “Sign in to save” and returns you to the resource after sign-in. Find saved items under Dashboard > Saved resources. If you have saved-resource collections, you can choose one when saving an activity checklist or save it without a collection.

Question 3

How do I use an activity checklist, and where do my checkmarks go?

Accepted Answer

Choose an age stage, then check or clear the box beside an activity. When you are signed in, checkmarks save privately to your account and appear again when you return to that stage. When you are signed out, checkmarks stay in this device’s browser if browser storage is available. If you sign in later, the checklist shows your account checkmarks; device checkmarks are not copied into your account automatically. Checkmarks are personal notes, not a score or milestones.

Question 4

Where can I download a confirmed printable purchase?

Accepted Answer

After the app confirms a purchase, the confirmation screen shows a Download button. To return later, open Profile > Purchases or choose Purchases from your account navigation. That page shows a Download button when the file is currently available; otherwise, it says, “This printable is not currently available for download.”
